Please attach to the entry form a copy of the receipt for the payment. Entries without such receipt will be returned. Also attach to the entry form a copy of your dog's pedigree, as well as copies of possible champion titles or WCC (for working class). Please note that all vaccinations, both valid and previous, must be marked on dog's Certificate of Vaccination (EU).
